Fleet management as a Service
Managed service provider(MSP)/Partner can now start seeing tenants printer information such as Printer name, status, cards remaining before cleaning, ribbon remaining, firmware and other printer information. Managed service providers(MSP)/Partners can update their tenant printer firmware as well. This feature is available when MSP is subscirbed to Fleet management as Service entitlement. Managed service providers can view printers only when tenants opt in for this feature.
Fixed in this release
The following issues have been fixed in this release.
- Fixed issues where move of certain tenants from trial to production was blocked
- When a non smart card is parked in a coupler via basic print api call, the printer would start rejecting to output hopper
- Improvements in printing and fetching printer status
