Identity as a Service supports accessing Microsoft Office applications by logging in to your Office 365 account. Your administrator must set up your Office 365 account for Identity as a Service authentication for you to log in to a Microsoft Office application using IDaaS. In addition, your Microsoft Office 365 account email address must match your IDaaS email address.
Log in to Microsoft Office 365 applications
Open the Microsoft Office 365 application on your desktop computer or mobile device.
If applicable, click Sign in.
Enter your Office 365 account email address and then click either Next or Sign-in (depending on the application). You are redirected to the Identity as a Service login page.
Enter your IDaaS User ID and then click Next.
Enter your IDaaS Password and then click Next.
