Citrix Workspace is a complete digital workspace solution that allows you to deliver secure access to the information, apps, and other content that are relevant to a person’s role in your organization (see https://www.citrix.com/products/citrix-workspace/). This integration provides instructions to integrate Citrix Workspace with Identity as a Service. Once integrated, users can use single sign-on to log in to their Citrix Workspace account using Identity as a Service.
For information on required attributes, see the following Citrix documentation: https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-cloud/citrix-cloud-management/identity-access-management/saml-identity.html.
Note: This integration was tested using Identity as a Service version 5.13 and Citrix Workspace. Other versions of Citrix Workspace may require integration and configuration steps that differ from those documented in this procedure. For other versions of Citrix Workspace, this integration guide may be used as an initial approach for integrating Citrix Workspace. In the event of other issues, contact support@entrust.com for assistance.
