Account entitlements determine the number of users allowed on a Service Provider account. To complete this procedure, you must have a role that allows you to modify entitlements. See Managing Service Provider roles for more information.

Modify account entitlements
1. Click
> Service
Provider > Tenants. The Tenants List
page appears.
2. Click
next to the account you want to modify. The Entitlement
dialog box appears.
3. Modify the following, as required:
● Contract Information
● Account Status
● User Entitlement Details
● Bundle Type
● SMS/Voice Credits
Note: The end date cannot be later than the Service Provider account contract end date.
4. Click Save to confirm the changes. You are returned to the Tenants List page.
