About Service Provider

The Service Provider portal allows administrators on a Service Provider Tenant account to manage the accounts registered under them. For example, this portal allows management staff to perform high-level operations on their team's Entrust Identity as a Service accounts, such as unlocking locked Identity as a Service accounts or viewing account metrics for billing purposes.

To access the Service Provider portal, a user must be assigned a Service Provider Role. A user with a Super Account Manager role can assign Service Provider roles to users. See Modify service provider roles  for more information.

Attention: Changes made to Identity as a Service accounts from the Service Provider portal are permanent. You should take care not to perform an action on another account without proper planning and authorization.

Language support

Service Provider is supported in English only.

Service Provider account hierarchy

There are three Service Provider account levels:

Entrust

Standard Tenant accounts

Service Provider accounts

Logging out

You are logged out of Identity as a Service when your session lifetime expires, you explicitly log out, or when your web browser session ends (typically when you close the browser).  

Note: On MacOS, you must Quit the browser in order or the session to be terminated.
