Create Tenant accounts

When creating new tenants accounts, you can add tenants in Production mode or Trial mode. Trial accounts are valid for 60 days. If your Service Provider account is a Trial account, you can only add Trial Tenant accounts.

Add a Tenant account

1.      Log in to a Service Provider Tenant account.

2.      Click > Service Provider > Tenants. The Tenants List page appears.

3.      Click Add. An Add Tenant page appears.

4.      Enter the Contact Information, as follows:

a.      Enter the user's First Name.

b.      Enter the user's Last Name.

c.      Enter the user's User ID. The user ID is used to log into Identity as a Service.

Tip: Record this User ID in a separate location so that the user can reference it when logging in to the account.

d.      Enter the user's Email address. The e-mail address is used to deliver OTP authentication emails.

e.      Optional. Enter the Mobile device number.

Note: The Mobile number you enter is the number that receives any One-Time Passwords (OTPs) generated by Identity as a Service for authentication purposes. The user can set up to use other authenticators after logging in for the first time. However, they must use OTP to log in for the first time. If Identity as a Service cannot connect with the mobile number entered, the OTP is sent to the user's email address.

5.      Enter the Company Information as follows:

a.       Company Name filed, enter name of the company or team that will manage the tenant account

b.      Optional. From the Company Country drop-down list, select the country where the company creating this Identity as a Service account is located.

For example, an account with the domain name example that is created by a Service Provider account in the United States would generate the custom URL example.us.trustedauth.com.

b.      By default, the Account Type is Authentication.

7.      Click Next. The Add Tenant page updates to set the Contract Information and Entitlements Details.

8.      Enter the Contract Information:
