After installing the Entrust Device Agent, an administrator should verify that the software was installed properly.
1. Open the Device Manager to confirm the Entrust Smart Identity Bluetooth Reader is included in the list of available smart card readers.
2. Confirm that the Entrust Device Agent Service is running.
3. Use the Task Manager to confirm the following processes are running:
● edaapp.exe
● entrust-device-agent-service-win.exe
● service.exe
4. Inspect the log files. See Windows: Capture Device Agent Logs.
