Windows: Capture Device Agent Logs

The following logs can help you troubleshoot the Device Agent.

Device Agent Smart Identity Bluetooth Reader logs

By default, the Smart Identity Bluetooth Reader log file is: C:\Windows\Temp\EntrustSmartIdentityBluetoothReader.xml

Device Agent Service logs

The Device Agent Service log files are located in : C:\Users\<CURRENT_USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Entrust Device Agent Service

The main log files are named:

●       device-agent-service.log

●       service.out.log

Device Agent Application logs

The Device Agent Application log file is : C:\Users\<CURRENT_USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Temp\EntrustDeviceAgentApplication.xml
