To use Identity as a Service, you need to create or import your users and groups, set up authenticators, and add applications that users will authenticate to using Identity as a Service.
Attention: When creating a new Identity as a Service account, create another user and assign it a Super Administrator role. This will help to safeguard against complete account lockout.
For IDaaS clients, including the Enterprise Service Gateway that connect to IDaaS, you must configure your firewall to allow connections to your IDaaS account. IDaaS uses HTTPS on port 443.
The first time you log in to your Identity as a Service account, you are logged in to the Dashboard page. A Get Started button appears to help you set up your Identity as a Service account.
● If
you want Identity as a Service to help you through the account set up
process, click .
● If you do not want to use the Get Started Wizard, click Don't Show Again. If you click this option, you will not see the Get Started button again.
