Generate unassigned grid cards

You can generate a group of unassigned grid cards for your Identity as a Service account. This allows you to keep an inventory of unassigned grid cards to assign to users when needed.

Generate unassigned grid cards or import a grid card file

1.      Click > Resources > Grid Card. The Grid Cards page appears.

2.      Click the Unassigned Grid Cards tab. The Unassigned Grid Cards page appears.

3.      Click . A drop-down list appears.

4.      Select Generate from the drop-down list to generate a series of unassigned grid cards. The Unassigned Grid Card Generation dialog box appears.

5.      In the Total Number of Grid Cards to Create field, enter the number of grid cards you want to generate.

Note: The maximum number of grids cards that you can create at one time is your user entitlement quantity multiplied by 3 or 100,000, whichever is lower. If you do not have any user entitlements or your entitlements have expired, you cannot generate any grid cards.

6.      Optional. To assign the grid card to one or more groups, do the following:

a.      Select the group from the Select Groups for Grid drop-down list.

b.      Repeat step a to add more groups.

7.      Click Submit. The grid cards appear on the Grid Cards page.
