Name	string	A descriptive name of the enrollment field to filter results by. Must exactly match the Enrollment Field Name.	[optional]
Value	string	Value of the enrollment field to match records. Comparison is case-insensitive and matches the whole word. Searching on Date type fields is not supported.	[optional]
