Activating a Mobile Smart Credential associates the Mobile Smart Credential on Identity as a Service with the identity in your Mobile Smart Credential app. If you unassign a smart credential, you break the association between the Mobile Smart Credential on Identity as a Service and the identity on the Mobile Smart Credential app. Breaking the association allows you to assign the Mobile Smart Credential on IDaaS to a different Mobile Smart Credential Identity. This is useful if you want to activate a mobile smart credential on a different mobile device.
