Enable, disable, or delete a smart credential

You can enable or disable a smart credential with an Active state. You can only use Active mobile smart credentials for push authentication. Both Active and Inactive mobile smart credentials can be used for Smart Login.

Choose one of the following procedures, as required.

Enable or disable a smart credential

Go to > My Profile. The My Profile page appears.

Click the Authenticators tab. Your list of assigned authenticators appears.

Click  to the right of the Smart Credential - PIV that you want to enable or disable. A drop-down list appears.

Click  to Disable or click  to Enable the mobile smart credential. A confirmation window appears.

Click Confirm to enable or disable the authenticator.

Go to > My Profile. The My Profile page appears.

Click the Authenticators tab. Your list of assigned authenticators appears.

Click  to the right of the Smart Credential - PIV that you want to delete.

Click Delete.

Click Delete on the Confirm Smart Credential Deletion prompt.

Go to > My Profile. The My Profile page appears.

Click the Authenticators tab. Your list of assigned authenticators appears.

Click  to the right of the Smart Credential - PIV with the settings you want to view. A drop-down list appears.

Click Details. The Smart Credential Details page appears. The page contains three sections: Information, Settings, and Variable Values.

Click OK to close the Smart Credential Details.
