Activate a Google Authenticator

You can add a Google Authenticator to your Identity as a Service account. You can have multiple Google Authenticators. For example, if you have multiple mobile devices, you might want to add a Google Authenticator to each one.

1.      Go to > My Profile. The My Profile page appears.

2.      Click the Authenticators tab. Your list of assigned authenticators appears.

3.      Click . A drop-down list of authenticators appears.

4.      Select Google Authenticator. The Activate Token dialog box appears. Leave this dialog box open.

5.      Install the Google Authenticator app from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play store. The links appear on the Activate Token dialog box and in an email is sent to your email address if you have an email address.

6.      Activate your Google authenticator using one of the following methods:

If you do not have an email address, use one of the following methods:

Activate by scanning the QR code on the activate Token dialog box

Use Manual Activation

Reactivate your token

1.      If you need to reactivate your token, on your Authenticators page, click  in the Actions column.

2.      Select Reactivate from the drop-down list. Activate Token dialog prompt appears.

3.      Follow the instructions to activate your token to complete the reactivation.
