Administrators can be locked out of their account for too many failed authentication attempts or account inactivity. The Service Provider portal can be used to unlock all locked administrators of a given account.
Unlock account administrators
1. Click
>
Service Provider > Tenants. The Tenants
List page appears.
2. Click
next to the account you want to unlock.
3. Select
Unlock Administrator Account
from the drop-down list. The Unlock Administrators
dialog box appears.
4. Click OK.
