The Reset Mail Server feature enables you to change a Tenant account mail server to use the IDaaS default mail server. This feature is useful if the Tenant configured a custom mail server used to deliver email OTPs and the mail server is misconfigured preventing users from authenticating to their IDaaS account.
Reset mail server
1. Click
>
Service Provider > Tenants. The Tenants
List page appears.
2. Click
next to the account you want to reset.
3. Select
Reset Mail Server from the drop-down list. The
Reset mail Server dialog box appears.
4. Enter the Company Name of the account who you want to reset.
5. Click Reset. The account now uses the IDaaS default mail server.
