The User Portal configuration sets the following:
● The landing page the user sees when they log in
● A link to custom user documentation, if it is available
● Where authenticators are sent for step-up authentication (email or SMS, or both)
Set user portal configurations
1. Click > Policies > User Portal.
The User Portal page
appears.
2. Click User Portal. The User Portal Configuration page appears.
3. From the Default Tab drop-down list, select the landing page default tab the user sees when they log in to their User portal.
4. If available, in the Custom User Guide Documentation field, enter the URL for the User Portal custom user guide documentation.
5. Configure authenticator delivery for Step-up Authentication. Step-up authentication is enabled with a resource rule defined for the User Portal. When enabled, step-up authentication requires a user to authenticate before they can change their profile information and add authenticators. See Edit User Profile resource rule. Complete the following for step-up authentication notification:
a. Set the Edit Profile Session Timeout (minutes) to set the amount of time before the edit profile session times out.
b. Select the email attributes that receive the authenticator, as follows:
i) Select Deliver to All Email Attributes to send the authenticator to all email addresses in the user profile.

If you deselect this feature, do the following:
ii) Select to send the authenticator only to the selected email addresses.
iii) Select Deliver to User-Defined Email Attributes to send the authenticator only to user-defined email addresses in the user profile.
c. Select the SMS attributes that receive the authenticator, as follows:
i) Select Deliver to All SMS Attributes to send the authenticator to all SMS attributes in the user profile.

d. If you deselect this feature, do the following:
i) Select the SMS attributes from the provided list to send the authenticator only to the selected SMS attributes.
ii) Select Deliver to User-Defined SMS Attributes to send the authenticator only to user-defined SMS attributes in the user profile.
6. Click Save.
