Configure authenticator provisioning

Authenticator provisioning sets the authenticators that are provisioned automatically for users. You can automatically provision the following for users:

       Create a new password

       Create a grid

       Create a token (Entrust Soft Token or Google authenticator)

       Automatically enrol a smart credential

Configure Automatic Authenticator Provisioning

1.      Click > Policies > Registration. The Registration pages appear.

2.      Select Password to have a password automatically assigned to new users.

3.      Select Grid Card to automatically create a grid card for new users.

4.      Select the Token authentication method automatically assigned to users from the drop-down list. Options include:

        Entrust Soft Token or Google Authenticator if you want your users to activate by email.

       Select None if you require your users to register, you are manually assigning authenticators to your users, or you have email, mobile/SMS, or phone (voice) system attributes enabled for OTP authentication.

5.      Select Smart Credential if you want to assign a smart credential to new users. You must have a smart credential definition to use this feature.

6.      Select the Smart Credential Definition that users should use from the drop-down list.

7.      Click Save.
