PROBLEM | SOLUTION |
The user cannot remember the password they were originally assigned | There are a few ways you can still login into
your account and change your password:
· Check your email messages and try to find the email that contains your account password. · Ask an administrator with a role that grants the ability to manage passwords to assign you a new password. That password will be emailed to you once the password is created, provided that the correct email address was entered. · Contact support@entrust.com if the problem persists. |

1. Confirm you have entered the correct password. 2. Carefully re-enter every character of your existing password, and attempt to save it again. 3. Ask an administrator with a role that allows password management to delete your existing password. 4. Ask the administrator with a role that grants the ability to manage passwords to assign you a new password, while selecting the Change is Required on First Usage option. You receive a new password by email that you will need to replace when you log in. 5. Attempt to change your password with your newly-assigned password. 6. Contact support@entrust.com if the problem persists. |
