Update account password help

PROBLEM SOLUTION
The user cannot remember the password they were originally assigned There are a few ways you can still login into your account and change your password:

·      Check your email messages and try to find the email that contains your account password.

·      Ask an administrator with a role that grants the ability to manage passwords to assign you a new password. That password will be emailed to you once the password is created, provided that the correct email address was entered.

·      Contact support@entrust.com if the problem persists.

The error message appears after filling out all the information fields and clicking Save Password.

1.      Confirm you have entered the correct password.

2.      Carefully re-enter every character of your existing password, and attempt to save it again.

3.      Ask an administrator with a role that allows password management to delete your existing password.

4.      Ask the administrator with a role that grants the ability to manage passwords to assign you a new password, while selecting the Change is Required on First Usage option. You receive a new password by email that you will need to replace when you log in.

5.      Attempt to change your password with your newly-assigned password.

6.      Contact support@entrust.com if the problem persists.
