Resource rule help

The table below provides information for problems that those attempting to create or modify resource rules could encounter.

PROBLEM

SOLUTION

No resource is available for selection when creating a resource rule.

1.      Confirm that you have configured an application for use on your Identity as a Service account.

2.      If there are no applications configured on your administrator account, configure an application for use on your account (see Manage applications and Technical Integration Guides for assistance).

3.      If the problem persists, contact support@entrust.com for assistance.

The administrator does not know which source IP to enter to limit the range within which someone can access a specific application.

Contact a member of your IT department to identify the appropriate range.
