Problem: Cannot access Identity as a Service on Internet Explorer (IE) in Protected Mode

Using Internet Explorer (IE) with Protected Mode enabled prevents Identity as a Service from loading properly. Instead of disabling Protected Mode, Entrust recommends adding Identity as a Service as a Trusted site. Identity as a Service is accessible once the settings are modified.

To add and configure trusted sites on Internet Explorer (IE)

1.      Open an Internet Explorer Web browser.

2.      Click the cogwheel and select Internet Options. The Internet Options page appears.

3.      Click the Security tab at the top of the page. The Security page appears.

4.      Click Trusted Sites.

5.      Click Sites. The Trusted Sites dialog box appears.

6.      Enter  In the Add this website to the zone field, enter https://*.trustedauth.com.

7.      Click Add. The URL is added to the list of trusted Websites:.

8.      Click Close. The Internet Options page appears.

9.      Click OK. You are returned to your Internet explorer Web browser.

You can now access Identity as a Service using Internet Explorer in Protected Mode.
