Manage entitlement usage and expiration notifications

This feature allows you to enable notifications. When set, Tenants and Managed Service Providers receive an email with entitlement usage notifications and expiration warnings, for example, entitlements consumed reaching 75% or account expiration notification for trial accounts. Notification emails are sent as follows:

When a Tenant account reaches 50, 75, 95, and 100 percent of user and SMS/Voice entitlements.

When entitlements are set to expire in 8, 4, 2, and 0 weeks for Production accounts, and 7, 3, and 1 days for trial accounts.

Note: Accounts are locked once entitlements expire.

Enable Notifications

Click > Configuration > Notifications. The Notifications page appears.

Select Enable Notifications.

In the Notifications Email field, enter the email address of the user or distribution list that will receive entitlement notifications.

Click Save.
