You can change the colors, company name, logo, default language, and add a message of the day to your account login page.
The language setting controls the default language of an Identity as a Service account.
● Administrator accounts can only be set to English.
● The default language does not control the language of notification emails. That is determined by the user's language setting.
● Users an change their locale to the language of their choice. See Changing your locale in the Identity as a Service User Guide.
Customize account appearance
1. Go to Customization > Theme. The Theme page appears.
2. Select a language from the Default Language drop-down list.
Note: This setting controls the default language of your Identity as a Service account. As an administrator, you cannot see the result of changes made to the Select Language setting because you can only view your account in English. To confirm the language change, log out of your account and confirm that the language you selected on the Theme page matches the language that appears on the login page.
3. Click the Company Name field and modify the text to change the company name.
4. To change your color settings, you can select a color from the color panel or enter the HEX, RGBA, or HSLA values to set a custom color.
● Click Primary Color to change the primary color of the account.
● Click Accent Color to change the secondary color.
● Click Link Color to change the color of links.
5. To change the logo that appears in the banner of your account, go to the Logo section and do the following:
a. Click Edit. You are prompted to upload a file.
b. Click
to select the image file.
c. Reposition and resize your image, as required.
d. Click OK.
Tip: JPG image format is recommended. For the best resolution, use an image no greater than 450 pixels in width and 150 pixels in height.
6. To add a message of the day to your login page, do the following:
a. Click Edit under Message of the Day. The Message of the Day dialog box appears.
b. Select the language from the drop-down list to add localized messages.
c. Enter your customized message using HTML tags.
The maximum number of characters is 2000.
Note: Only the target and href attributes are supported on anchor tags.
d. Click OK to return to the Theme page.
e. Preview your message. If required, click Edit to make any changes.
7. To add a user verification message, do the following:
a. Click Edit under User Verification Message. The User Verification Message dialog box appears.
b. Select the language from the drop-down list to add localized messages.
c. Enter your customized message using HTML tags.
The maximum number of characters is 2000.
Note: Only the target and href attributes are supported on anchor tags.
d. Click OK to return to the Theme page.
e. Preview your message. If required, click Edit to make any changes.
Note: For more information on user verification, see Configure user verification.
8. Click Save to apply the changes and then confirm the changes.
Note: Click Reset to revert the color and logo settings back to the default settings.
