Changes made to Google authenticator settings apply to all assigned Google authenticators in your account.
Modify the Google Authenticator settings on Identity as a Service
1. Click
> Policies > Authenticators. The Authenticators
page appears.
2. Select Google Authenticator. The Google Authenticator settings appear.
Note: If the Google authenticator name has been changed, Google Authenticator is replaced with the new name. See Customize email templates.
3. Set the Max. Time Steps that a token response is valid for during normal authentication.
4. Set the Max. Reset Time Steps that the token response is valid for during a token reset operation.
Note: This value affects the token reset operation. If the token reset does not work, try increasing Max. Time Steps and then try to reset the token again. If the problem persists, see Technical support for information on getting assistance.
5. Click Save to confirm your Google Authenticator settings.
