You can enable, disable, and delete Entrust Soft Token and Google authenticators. You can also view the details of the soft token authenticator, such as the date it was created, when it was last used, its state, type, and whether it supports push authentication.
Enable, view, delete soft token authenticators
1. Click
> Members > Users. The Users
List page appears.
2. Click the User ID of the user. The User Details page appears.
3. Click the Authenticators tab. The Authenticators page appears.
4. Click
to the right of the soft token authenticator
that you want to reset. A drop-down list appears.
5. Do one of the following:
● Click
Enable to enable the soft token and click Confirm on the confirmation prompt.
● Click
Disable
to disable the soft token and click Confirm
on the confirmation prompt.
● Click
View to see the soft token details such as date
last used and state. Click OK to close the dialog
box.
● Click
Delete to delete the soft token and click Delete on the confirmation prompt.
