You can search grids using filters and export them to a CSV file for use in bulk operations.

Search grid 
 cards 1.      Click 
 
	 > Resources > Grid 
	 Cards. The Grid Cards page appears.
2. Select the Assigned or Unassigned radio button.
3.      Click 
	 
 to enable filtering.
4. The Filters dialog box appears.
5. Select your filter options and click Apply.
6. You are returned to the Grid Cards page. The page displays your filter results.
7.      To 
	 clear the filter, click 
 
	 again.
8. On the Filters dialog box, click Reset.

Export assigned 
 and unassigned grid cardsIf you want to use the exported file for bulk imports or to assign grid cards in bulk, see Bulk assign authenticators for attribute requirements.
1.      Click 
	 
 > Resources > Grid Cards. The Grid 
	 Cards page appears.
2. Click the Assigned or Unassigned radio button for the grid cards you want to export.
3.      Click 
	 
  to export the selected grid 
	 card list in a CSV file. The Export Table to CSV 
	 dialog box appears.
4. Optional: Enter a Name for the file.
5. Optional: Enter a Description for the file.
6. Select the File Delimiter radio button, Comma (,) or Pipe (|).
7. Select the information you want to include in the file. Options include:
● Date Added
● Expiry Date (assigned grid cards only)
● Serial Number
● User ID (assigned grid cards only)
● Date Last Used (assigned grid cards only)
● Grid Card Contents (useful if you want to print the grid cards)
● State (assigned grid cards only)
Selecting none of the options will export the grids in an Entrust Identity Enterprise compatible format.
8. Click Export. The CSV file is exported to the Reports page (see Manage reports). From the Reports page you can download the report for use in bulk operations.
