Manage assigned grid cards

Grid cards assigned to users can be viewed, exported to a PDF, emailed to the user, unassigned, disabled, and deleted. You can perform these actions for either specific users or multiple users.

Manage assigned grid cards to individual users

Click > Members > Users. The Users List page appears.

Click the UserID. The User Details page appears.

Click the Authenticators tab. The Authenticators page appears.

Click  next to the grid card. The Grid Card drop-down menu appears.

Perform the following, as required:

Click Disable to disable the grid card and then click Confirm on the prompt. This action puts the grid card in an Inactive state.

Click Enable to enable the grid card and then click Confirm on the prompt. This action puts the grid card in an Active state.

Click Cancel to cancel the grid card and then click Confirm on the prompt. A cancelled grid card still counts toward a user's total number of grid cards.

Click Export eGrid to print the grid card in PDF format.

Click Email to email the grid card to the user. The Email Grid Card dialog box appears.

If the user has multiple user attributes, select the email address that receives the grid card.

Click Confirm on the prompt.

If encryption is enabled, the user first receives an email with the password followed by an email with the grid card. There may be a delay for the user to receive the encrypted grid card.

Click Details to view the grid card details and then click OK to close the dialog box.

Click Unassign to unassign a grid card and then click Unassign on the confirmation prompt.

Click Delete to delete a grid card and then click Delete on the confirmation prompt.

Manage multiple assigned grid cards

Click > Resources > Grid Cards. The Grid Cards List page appears.

In the Serial Number column, select the assigned grid cards you want to manage. A menu of action icons appears at the top of the Grids table.

Tip: To select all of the assigned grid cards, click the checkbox next to the column header, Serial#.

Perform the following, as required:

Click Disable to disable the selected grid cards and then click Confirm on the prompt. This action puts the grid card in an Inactive state.
