Manage devices

When enable ActiveSync Access is set, a Devices tab appears on the User Details page that allows users to manage their ActiveSync Devices. Administrators can Allow, Block, or Delete ActiveSync devices. Users can additionally allow, block, and delete their devices from their My Profile page.

Allow, block, or delete devices

1.      Click > Members > Users. The Users List page appears.

2.      Click the User ID for the profile you want to edit. The User Profile page appears.

3.      Click the Devices tab. The ActiveSync Devices page appears.

4.      Recommended: Click Sync with Office 365 to ensure that the list of devices is up to date. The Last update shows you the time the data was last synced with Microsoft Office 365. It might take a few seconds for the sync to complete.

5.      Do one of the following:

       Click to allow the device and then click OK to confirm.

       Click to block the device and then click OK to confirm.

       Click to delete the device and then click OK to confirm.
